Guest Rooms
Heriot Manor offers 7 lovely guest rooms, with loads of space and pampering for 18 guests.
The guest rooms vary from spacious double and family suites to self catering units – all with modern en suite bathrooms, TV and MNET (you don’t HAVE to switch on, but if you want to catch up on your favourite program or some news, the facility is there). A kettle for tea and coffee is also provided.

Relaxation Areas
You won’t be able to resist kicking back and relaxing in front of a cosy fire in one of the two spacious guest lounges. And while you’re indulging, why not order up a bottle of good South African wine from the cellar?
The outside braai area is available for your convenience.
For sweltering hot days, the swimming pool is the place to be. Cool down, soak up some rays, stroll the sprawling gardens or spot some fish in the pond. Whatever you do, you’ll find it hard not to relax.
The house bar offers soft drinks and beer, 
while the excellent wine cellar offers some of the best South African wines.
Ooh, and I almost forgot to mention the views of the Outeniqua Mountains!
Meals
Meals are served in the Victorian dining room, complete with crystal chandeliers and fireplace.
This guest house lets you start your day the right way – with a huge, hearty breakfast buffet! You have loads of choices to make, or you could simply indulge and enjoy EVERYTHING (if you have the capacity).
Light dinners can be provided upon reasonable notice.
Activities
Heriot Manor in George is perfectly situated in the heart of the Garden Route, only 8 km away from Victoria Bay and even closer to the Garden Route Mall and great golf courses.
George and the surrounding areas also offer visitors a wide variety of other activities, including mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, and extreme activities such as bungee jumping and shark diving.
Safety
Heriot Manor Guest House is situated in a tranquil, low-crime neighbourhood in arguably the most beautiful part of South Africa. We have experienced no violent crime in the Heriot Manor area, but to ensure our guests’ safety and peace of mind, we have implemented a number of security measures:
The guesthouse grounds are securely fenced and gate access is controlled by closed circuit camera. All windows have burglar proofing and the guesthouse grounds are well lit at night.
Heriot Manor Guests can truly afford a sound, secure night’s rest.
Other Facilities
Heriot Manor offers safe and secure parking, as well as laundry facilities. We also organise activities such as golf, tours (don’t miss the Outeniqua Choo-Choo train) and car rental for your convenience.
